We are focused on Service-now.com integrations.  We consider this to be our core competency and we are the only ServiceNow consulting company that specializes solely in this area.

Because of our focus on integrations, we are always up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow instance improvements, mid server capabilities (such as load balancing, fail over, etc), and new technologies to make the most appropriate solution for our clients’ needs.

Knowledge

Did you know that ServiceNow has a system admin certification?  Make sure that whomever you hire to do your next project is certified in ServiceNow administration!  At HT4, the technical consultants assigned to your account will be certified.

In addition to certification, it is important that consultants have experience doing integration with several different types of technology.  Hiring a consultant who has to learn integration methodology, technology, and processes will not only cost you precious time and money, but it will often leave you will a poorly written solution that will be expensive to maintain in the future.
